What We Are Up Toconnect-collaborate
We are really excited about our new project to connect-collaborate. Working with our friends at What Really Matters we will be exploring how to set up, hold and grow a space to bring together diverse organisations and individuals in conversation and dialogue about leadership, community and change. We live in the most uncertain and challenging of times, where the one thing that is certain is that we won’t find our way out of this mess by using the same thinking that got us into it. All sorts of movements are emerging worldwide and challenging us to think differently about organisation, dialogue, leadership and change towards a sustainable future: we hope that connect-collaborate will contribute in some way to these conversations. We have no idea what might emerge from connect-collaborate, but we have confidence in the strength, resilience and creativity of communities in dialogue and action. The journey has begun.
