Within the building design and construction industry there is much talk about ’partnering,’ teamwork and co-operative working on projects. We can help you to develop effective team working to encourage learning, and exciting, creative and co-operative working from project inception to completion.
We will discuss your project with you and advise on the appropriate approach and processes to develop the team. This could include:
- Facilitating initial client / design team workshops
- Facilitating ‘partnering’ workshops with the client, design team and contractor
- Establishing shared objectives and understanding within the team
- Establishing ways of working together over the life of the project—relationships, procedures, communication etc.
- Facilitating project team meetings
- Project review and appraisal workshops and consultancy
- Helping to share learning within and beyond the project team
